Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "you," or "your") and Meridian Path ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our educational services, courses, website, and related platforms.

By enrolling in courses, accessing our platform, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions

• "Services" refers to educational courses, learning platforms, materials, tools, and support provided by Meridian Path
• "Participant" means any individual who enrolls in, accesses, or uses our Services
• "Content" includes all course materials, videos, documents, calculators, assessments, and other educational resources
• "Platform" refers to our website, learning management system, and associated digital infrastructure
• "Agreement" means these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies

Use of Services

Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our courses. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided during enrollment is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

License to Access Content

Upon enrollment and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal educational purposes. This license includes:

• Lifetime access to enrolled courses, including updates
• Use of interactive tools and calculators for personal financial planning
• Download of select materials designated as downloadable
• Access through reasonable number of devices for personal use

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Acceptable use includes accessing content for personal learning, using tools for individual financial planning, and engaging with educational materials in good faith.

Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing account credentials or providing others unauthorized access to course content
• Recording, reproducing, or distributing course materials without written permission
• Using content for commercial purposes or reselling educational materials
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from Platform systems
• Attempting to circumvent access controls or security measures
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content to the Platform
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
• Using automated systems to scrape or systematically extract content
• Interfering with other Participants' use of Services or Platform operation
• Violating any applicable Singapore laws or regulations

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for serious breaches.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Ownership

All Content, Platform features, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Meridian Path. This includes but is not limited to course curricula, educational frameworks, calculators, assessments, videos, documents, and Platform design. Our intellectual property is protected by Singapore and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Usage Restrictions

Except as explicitly permitted in these Terms, you may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from our Content
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings from materials
• Use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on other websites
• Imply endorsement or association without authorization

User Contributions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other communications to us, you grant Meridian Path a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such contributions into our Services without compensation or attribution obligations.

Payment and Pricing

Course Fees

Course prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include all applicable taxes. Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify course pricing at any time. Price changes apply to future enrollments only; enrolled Participants maintain lifetime access at their enrollment price with no additional fees for course updates or improvements.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for enrollment fees and agree to provide accurate payment information. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is successfully processed.

Tax Obligations

Prices include applicable Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction that are not collected by us during enrollment.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction period from enrollment date. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within this period by contacting [email protected]. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Refund requests are not honored if:

• More than 14 days have elapsed since enrollment
• You have completed 75% or more of course content
• You have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited uses
• A course completion certificate has been issued

Refunds are granted at our discretion for extenuating circumstances beyond the standard refund period. Course access is revoked upon refund processing.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Educational Purpose

Our courses provide educational information about real estate investment and retirement planning. Content is not financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional consultation. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or investment returns. Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making investment commitments.

"As Is" Provision

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not warrant that:

• Course content is error-free or current in all respects
• Platform operation will be uninterrupted or secure
• Defects will be corrected within specific timeframes
• Content meets your specific requirements or expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Meridian Path and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Financial losses resulting from investment decisions
• Damages arising from Platform unavailability or technical issues
• Actions of third-party service providers

In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Termination by You

You may discontinue using our Services at any time. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to refunds beyond the refund period specified above. Access to enrolled courses continues according to the lifetime access provision unless you specifically request account deletion.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if:

• You violate these Terms or engage in prohibited uses
• You provide false information during enrollment
• Your actions threaten Platform security or other Participants
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory directive
• We cease providing Services (with 30 days' notice when possible)

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access Services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination. No refunds are provided for terminations resulting from Terms violations.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] to resolve disputes informally. We commit to addressing concerns promptly and working toward mutually acceptable solutions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Mediation

If informal resolution proves unsuccessful, parties agree to attempt mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre before pursuing litigation. Mediation costs shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meridian Path regarding Services use, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled Participants with 30 days' notice. Continued use of Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. Remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it subsequently. Waivers must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to affiliates or successors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.
